Because every carpet is handmade, small variations in size, color, and texture are intrinsic to each piece and are not considered defects. Images reflect the actual piece for sale whenever possible.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute will be resolved through the courts of Marrakech.
