A piece should feel like it belongs.

If your carpet does not feel right once it reaches your home, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We only ask that the piece be returned in its original condition, unused and with its original packaging.

How it works

1. Email contact@moroccanberbercarpets.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label (for most destinations) or arrange a collection.
3. Once we receive and inspect the piece, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange a piece for another. Simply let us know which piece you would prefer and we will hold it for you while the return is in transit.

Exceptions

Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. This will always be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
